Our refund and returns policy lasts 10 business days. If 10 business days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you any refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, we required proof of purchase (invoice).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Opened-box items.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 10 business days after purchase.
Refund within 5 business days of your purchase
The return is subjected to 5% service fee, it will deduct from your refund amount. (This applies to the unopened-box only)
The refund will issue via your original method of payment. Please bring the same credit/debit card for the process.
Refund within 10 business days of your purchase
We will inspect the items before processing the refund.
All items must be in re-sellable condition with original packaging and accessories. If not, refund can be refused or subjected a penalty which will deducted from the refund amount.
The return is subjected to 25% restocking fee, and will be deducted from your refund amount.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
You can request a replacement within 10 business days from your purchase.
Items must be in re-sellable condition with all the accessories in order to qualify for an exchange.
All air conditioner units CANNOT be returned by shipping.

Same conditions, service fee and restocking fee are applied.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We will only refund if we received and inspected your items.
